These small practices grounded me.

They softened the burnout.

They reconnected me with my truth.

With time, I realised this wasn’t just self-care — it was self-remembrance.

I was raised in a Greek-Australian household where story, intuition, and symbolism were part of everyday life. Sensitivity was in my bones, long before I had language for it.

Life took me into the corporate world — fast-paced, demanding, structured — a world that didn't always understand the depth I carried. Over time, the noise became too loud, and I found myself searching for grounding, clarity, and a way back to myself.

Ritual became my compass.

Intuition became my anchor.

Emotional clarity became my path.

My work now blends these threads:
